Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage overall warehouse operations in alignment with the companys policies, procedures, and long-term vision.
  • Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, health, and environmental regulations governing warehouse operations.
  • Implement and monitor high standards of hygiene, safety, and security across the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Prepare and oversee the annual Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the unit(s).
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of quality management principles in warehousing.

    • Expertise in warehousing and distribution operations.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
