**Job Title: Warehouse Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Executive to join our team. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize storage space.
- **Receiving and Dispatching**:

- Oversee the receiving of goods and ensure they are inspected for quality and quantity.
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of products to various destinations.
- Ensure all shipments are properly documented and tracked.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Manage daily warehouse activities including goods inwards, storage, and outbound logistics.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff.
- Assist in training new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for audits and inspections.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to management promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification is a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
