Delight Foods is India's first online retail specialty food store. We bring the finest & authentic food from across India to a buyer's doorstep. We are currently searching for a warehouse executive who can join our operation teams in Mumbai.

**The warehouse executive's responsibilities will include**:
1. Daily processing(invoicing, creation of packing slip, shipping labels & run sheets) of orders.

2. Inventory management, monitoring & guiding packers/ delivery teams.

3. Coordinating with other warehouses for stocks. Track the shipments & coordinate with the courier for on-time delivery.

4. Ensuring there is sufficient & fresh inventory at all times to serve orders.

5. Have a cordial relationship with vendors to ensure hassle-free stock procurement.

6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure excess inventory is liquidated and likewise keep customer support in the loop if there are delays in processing orders.

7. Ensure products are stocked in/out on all our channels based on availability.

8. Ensure there are sufficient packaging materials at all times.

9. Take care of all warehouse activities: maintaining hygiene, timely processing of orders, preventing wastage, and managing staff and vendors. Should take ownership & operate independently.

**Skills Required**:
1. Efficient is Microsoft Excel.

2. Tech-savvy, quick learner.

3. Good at basic maths.

4. Efficient communication.

5. Proficient in Hindi & English. (Marathi will be an added advantage)

6. Any prior experience & knowledge of warehouse operations will be given priority.

7. Highly energetic, self-motivated & result-oriented.

8. Can adhere to guidelines & ensure deadlines aren't missed.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
