Job Title: CRM Process Champion
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Head
Employment Type: Payroll
CTC: ₹5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Process Optimization
- Streamline and enhance CRM workflows for improved customer experience and efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement automation and personalization best practices.
- CRM System Management
- Manage daily CRM operations ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams for CRM integration with business systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and analysis across touchpoints.
- Generate reports and insights on customer engagement and retention metrics.
- Support business decisions with actionable CRM insights.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM processes.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support on CRM best practices.
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization
- Support segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns and personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage CRM data for customer engagement.
- Process Documentation
- Maintain updated documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of CRM software and integration.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi preferred.
