**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the lead point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive customer experience.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management regarding client needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels.
- Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client value.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-profile or complex customer accounts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in CRE is highly desirable.
- Prior experience leading customer relationship teams or projects.
- Certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or related fields is a plus.
