We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** to manage pre
- and post-purchase interactions, support walk-in studio sales, and ensure a smooth, satisfying experience across all customer touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Assist customers with product inquiries including features, pricing, and availability.
- Provide quotations and assist with purchase decisions
- Resolve pre-purchase concerns such as product compatibility or customization options
- Address post-purchase issues like installation support, defects, returns, or replacements
- Manage warranty claims, repair, and replacement requests professionally
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve overall experience
- Maintain an active CRM and sales funnel to track interactions and pipeline progress
- Sell products in-studio by engaging walk-in customers and offering tailored solutions

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or odd hours
- Sales experience is a bonus
- Self-driven and able to work independently

**Job Type**:Full-Time | Onsite |

**Minimum Commitment period: 1 year**

**Compensation And Benefits**:

- Salary: 15,000-23,000 per month (based on experience)
