About the Role

New Era Cleantech
 is executing a pioneering 
coal-to-chemicals project with a strong focus on decarbonization
, energy transition, and sustainable industrial development. As we scale up this $3 billion greenfield initiative, the role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director is central to ensuring operational coordination, decision support, and executive efficiency across the leadership team.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive 
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
 who can operate independently, manage complex schedules, ensure timely follow-ups, and support strategic and operational priorities with minimal supervision. This role demands someone who is dependable, available beyond regular work hours when needed, and able to manage a high-volume, high-urgency environment with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel plans, meetings, and events with precision.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, summaries, and follow-up documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Track key action items, ensure timely closures, and proactively follow up with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on strategic directives and project updates.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Be 
    available as needed
    , including outside normal working hours, to assist in time-sensitive tasks.
  • Operate 
    independently with minimal supervision
    , using sound judgment to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
  • Support communication with government bodies, investors, board members, and strategic partners as needed.
  • Record and circulate meeting minutes, coordinate executive engagements, and ensure preparedness for all meetings and reviews.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.
  • 8–12 years of experience
     supporting CXOs or senior leadership in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting and editing high-quality documents.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, GSuite, and project coordination tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to 
    work independently, handle high responsibility
    , and maintain flexibility in availability.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
