Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical requirements.
• Assist in coordination of meetings, events, and board-level interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential documents responsibly.
• Support special projects as assigned by the MD.
Role & responsibilities
Required Skills & Attributes:
• 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the MD. Preferred:
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership in real estate or construction firms.
• Familiarity with project management tools or office workflow software.
