Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Retention and Nurturing strategies and initiatives

  • Working with various stakeholders across multiple teams (including product, tech, marketing, etc) and managing multichannel marketing campaigns

  • Monitoring performance of each channel-Notification, Email & SMS, and customer cohorts and taking surgical actions

  • Performing analysis like sales funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, etc. to improve the effectiveness of CRM channels

  • Develop insights and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth

  • Develop and implement new strategies to drive objectives like lead nurturing, cross-selling, and upselling

  • Lead Content Development efforts to improve CRM activities' effectiveness

  • Creating periodic reports and preparing decks for reviews

  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Qualification :

  • Minimum experience of 5 years

  • Should have a basic understanding and interest in Digital Marketing and Communications

  • A proven record in lead nurturing is desirable

  • Revenue ownership in the current role is desirable

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage

  • Creative bent of mind with excellent analytical skills to build marketing strategies for various segment

  • MBA from a top-tier Institute preferred

  • Must be comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment (start-up experience is preferred)
