Educational Qualification:- Any Graduate or Postgraduate – Supply Chain Management

Work experience (in years) :- 2-5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities : -

  • Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product details, pricing, and availability are maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors and courier partners for inbound shipments.
  • Manage outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Oversee packing, labelling and dispatch processes.
  • Track deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolve logistics issues.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
  • Generate reports on fulfilment KPIs like order accuracy, delivery timelines, and stock movement.

Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-

  • Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics management.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and MS Excel.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization.
