Function- Quality Management

Department- Integrated Management System (IMS)

Education- BE Mechanical

Experience- 7 to 12 years

Major responsibilities:

  • Implementation of an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) from planning and gap analysis to deployment and certification.
  • Implementation of a nuclear regulations and standard ISO19443 from planning and gap analysis to deployment and certification.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable to nuclear requirements.
  • Set IMS related strategic objectives and operational needs across departments.
  • Effectively communicate IMS-related policies across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration of quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems.
  • Create, update, and manage IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals and records.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff at all levels to ensure understanding and effective use of the IMS.
  • Conduct ISO 9001/14001/45001 internal audits co-ordinate / surveillance audit.
  • Planning the corrective and preventive actions (raised in audits) and verifying their effectiveness after implementation
  • Track KPIS, Planning and conducting the Management Review Meetings periodically
  • Monitoring progress of objectives of IM system and reporting to MR Processing review meetings.
  • Planning of IMS trainings, coordination, Implementation of new systems at all locations
  • Support Idea Management department.
  • Support to KSB Ltd for ESG related work
