Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves hands-on inspection, data analysis, and collaboration across departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Systems & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and other relevant industry-specific regulations.
  • Inspection & Testing
  • Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Perform visual checks, dimensional measurements, and functional tests using precision instruments.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and process inefficiencies.
  • Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions with traceable records.
  • Collaboration & CAPA
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate root causes.
  • Training & Development
  • Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Audit & Supplier Management
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.
  • Conduct supplier quality assessments and provide performance feedback.
  • Process Improvement
  • Apply quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Lean principles.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Professional Development
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management.
  • Participate in relevant training programs and seminars.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
