Summary of the Role :

  • Candidate having strong domain knowledge of Electric Vehicle and EV aggregates is preferred
  • EV-Testing
  • Hands on Experience for EV related testing data analysis, Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving.
  • Experience of ICE Vehicle for Durability & Vehicle performance testing.
  • Experience in Project Management, vehicle prototype development, vehicle commissioning, vehicle testing and validation.
  • Candidate having working experience with OEM or TIER-1 will be preferred

Details of the Job :

  • Complete ownership of coordination with,

  • EV subgroups e.g. Wire harness, Cooling system, Electronics, Battery, VCU etc.

  • Vehicle groups such as Vehicle design, Body, Electricals, transmission, Purchase, testing and homologation, Production Engineering, Service etc.

  • EV development partners

  • Project Management: Tracking of project activities, report preparation which includes focus on Quality, schedule, Program actions, certification etc.

  • Complete ownership for EV vehicle build, commissioning and testing
  • Drive the project to complete documents required for DVP/R, FMEA, DFM/DFA, DFS and DFF etc.
  • Knowledge of component packaging and packaging challenges / issues.
  • Awareness of product development cycle, gate review system and project management
