Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client portfolios, conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, and generating leads. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Management, and Lead Generation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Sales CRM and market research tools
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
