Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Event Sales Specialists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for
individuals who are passionate about client engagement, sales, and the dynamic world of events. You will be
responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our
events portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client referrals.
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with the operations and creative teams to align client requirements with event execution.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Track sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in events, advertising, or hospitality).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
