Event Specialist Location: Bangalore | Time Zone: US  | Experience: 1–2 years Company: Pibit.ai – Y Combinator backed Insurtech Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Execution● Plan, organize, and execute micro-events (dinners, networking meetups, conferencebooths).● Support pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing with the sales andmarketing teams.● Manage logistics, vendor contracts, giveaways, venue coordination, and on-siteexecution.● Ensure smooth check-ins, guest engagement, and on-site branding.Outbound & Lead Generation● Work with marketing to run targeted cold email campaigns pre/post events.● Manage follow-ups and qualify leads generated from events and conferences.● Collaborate with SDRs and founders to align outreach with sales goals. Vendor & Relationship Management● Coordinate with event organizers, media partners, and vendors.● Negotiate for booths, tables, signage, and joint promotions.● Track all budgets, invoices, and ROI from event spend.Analytics & Feedback● Use CRM and event tech tools to track attendee behavior and event impact.● Analyze lead quality and report on the success of campaigns. What We're Looking For● 1–2 years of experience in business development, event marketing, or sales supportroles.● Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or CRM tools is a plus.● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.● Excellent communication and hustle to follow up with leads, vendors, and internalteams.● Comfortable working US time zone .● Fast learner, self-starter, and not afraid to roll up sleeves.
