Job Description
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, assisting with orders, and ensuring a seamless support experience. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English (preferred).
- Provide quick, accurate, and friendly support to customers.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain records of interactions and update order/support details in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and efficient communication.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Basic computer and smartphone operation skills.
- Ability to work both from the office and remotely when required.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Preferred Candidates

- Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or call-center operations is a plus.
