**Job Summary**:
We’re hiring a **Customer Support Executive** to assist customers in using our **software**. This role is ideal for **commerce graduates** who understand **accounting and GST** and are excited to help clients through customer support and training.
**Freshers are welcome** if you are ready to learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle support queries related to **software, account, and GST**:

- Conduct **client training** virtually or on-site
- Escalate technical issues to the product team when required

**Qualifications**:

- **Commerce graduate** (required)
- Freshers with knopwledge of accounting are welcome to apply.
- **Upto 2 years** of experience in software / ERP / customer support / customer service
- Basic knowledge of **accounting and GST**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
