Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to connect with potential clients across the US, UK, and global markets, generate interest in our services, and qualify leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and the ability to build quick rapport with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects across global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East).

Introduce TechMango's IT services and solutions and generate interest among decision-makers.

Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and timeline, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).

Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and gather market intelligence to strengthen outreach strategy.

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine calling scripts and outreach messaging.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–7 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably for IT services or SaaS).

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent (US/UK exposure preferred).

Ability to confidently handle objections and build rapport quickly.

Comfortable working in US/UK time zones (night shift may apply).

Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo is a plus.

Target-driven and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet quotas.
