Role Overview

As a Business & Product Associate Intern
, you will work closely with the Founder's Office and Product team to bridge business goals with product execution. You will help identify user needs, design growth experiments, optimize user journeys, and ensure that Nynii's offerings continuously align with market demand and customer delight.

This role is perfect for someone who is analytical yet creative, curious about startups, and eager to understand how business, product, and user experience come together to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Founder and Product Managers on market research, competitor benchmarking, and new feature recommendations.
  • Analyze platform data to uncover user behavior insights and suggest growth levers.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and tracking performance metrics post-launch.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of user-facing features.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations for leadership discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance platform efficiency, engagement, and monetization.
  • Support in testing, feedback collection, and product QA before release.
  • Contribute to user acquisition campaigns, onboarding flows, and communication strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Prior internship experience in product, business strategy, or startup operations will be an advantage.
