Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product team in research, analysis, and strategy for new features and service offerings.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Support Business Development by helping onboard new service providers and partner brands.
  • Work on projects to increase platform reach, user engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and tech to execute initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of tech products, mobile apps, or marketplaces is a plus.
