Job Description (JD) - Associate Business Analyst (Grade 1)Position Title: Associate Business Analyst

Department: Business Analysis / Product Management

Reports To: Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis, documentation, and communication of business requirements to drive product development and improve business processes. This role involves gathering data, understanding client/market needs, assisting in developing solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product deliverables align with business objectives. The position offers opportunities to learn and grow in business analysis while working on product development and operational projects.Key

Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for various projects.

  • Support the preparation of functional and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Figma CreationParticipate in the testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
