Role Overview

The Senior Accounts & Finance Executive will handle end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, fund management, and MIS functions. This role requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual with prior experience in finance or chit/ NBFC/ banking environment (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts & financial records
  • Handle general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Monitor fund inflow & outflow for chit & finance transactions
  • Manage customer accounts, receipts, payouts & settlements
  • Maintain petty cash & branch accounting coordination

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare MIS & monthly reports for management
  • Coordinate with auditors and handle statutory documentation
  • Maintain and file statutory registers / accounts as applicable
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS & financial documentation

Customer & Office Coordination

  • Support branch/field teams with financial data
  • Work closely with management for cash flow planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and financial discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years experience in Accounts / Finance
  • Experience in Chit Funds / NBFC / Banking / Finance sector preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred), MS Excel
  • Strong in reconciliations, documentation, MIS
  • Excellent communication & ethical standards
  • Female candidates only
  • Women restarting career post-break encouraged

Qualification

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
