About the Role

RapidData Technologies is seeking an experienced
Senior Finance Manager
with strong expertise in financial operations, compliance, and reporting—preferably within the
software/IT services industry
. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the finance function, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting activities in
    Tally
    .
  • Ensure timely and accurate
    GST, TDS, PF, ESI
    , and other statutory filings.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and government authorities.
  • Handle vendor payments, payroll coordination, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Oversee financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
  • Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Support management in financial decision-making, budgeting cycles, and business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and taxation laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9+ years
    of experience in finance, preferably in
    IT/software/technology services
    companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    Tally ERP
    , financial accounting, and MIS reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    GST, Income Tax, TDS
    , and statutory compliance.
  • Experience handling audits, financial planning, and cash flow management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or related qualification preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
