Role Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and generate revenue growth for the agency. The role involves meeting prospective clients, pitching digital marketing services, closing deals, and managing client accounts with a strong focus on targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in field sales, preferably within a marketing or advertising setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to generate leads and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase Social Faalcon's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to create tailored proposals for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
- Represent Social Faalcon at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in a marketing/digital agency or service-based industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver consultative sales.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable with travel and field-based client interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
