Field Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote the institute’s courses to students, parents, and educational consultants through field visits.
- Visit colleges, educational fairs, coaching centers, and other institutions to create awareness about merchant navy career opportunities.
- Generate leads through field activities and convert them into admissions.
- Conduct presentations and counseling sessions about maritime careers and courses.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential students and parents.
- Distribute promotional materials and ensure visibility in targeted areas.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Report daily field activities and updates to the management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Ability to travel extensively within Navi Mumbai and nearby areas.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of maritime education and training (preferred, but not mandatory).
