Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Trichy. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated area, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and providing feedback to the sales and product teams. The role also requires the execution of promotional activities and monitoring sales performance to ensure consistent growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Sales Strategies and Market Research
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve Sales Targets and Performance Monitoring
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales team
  • Experience in the IT security industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
