As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Providing information about the resort, local attractions, and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Assisting in organizing special events and activities for guests.
  • Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
