Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations
  • Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces regularly
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements
  • Oversee scheduling of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage
  • Handle guests' inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and manage the department budget
  • Maintain records of housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
