Reports To: Operations Manager

Role Overview:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee housekeeping supplies and control costs.
- Guest Relations: Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth resort operations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 10+ years in housekeeping, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in housekeeping software.
- Other: Knowledge of cleaning standards and inventory management.
