Key Responsibilities

Front Office Operations

  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using PMS (Property Management System).
  • Assign rooms based on availability and guest preferences.
  • Maintain front desk records, bills, receipts, and ensure accurate payment collection.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest needs.

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer phone calls efficiently and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Communicate guest feedback and special requests to relevant teams.
  • Assist in managing arrivals, departures, and in-house guest lists.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare daily reports: occupancy, arrivals, departures, and revenue summaries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk environment.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hotel/resort experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloud PMS).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional grooming and etiquette.
