Job Summary

The Junior Accountant will support the Accounts Department in daily financial transactions, record-keeping, billing, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and eagerness to learn resort accounting operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Documentation

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable operations.
  • Prepare and update vouchers, invoices, and bills.
  • Maintain records of petty cash, receipts, and payments.

Financial Support

  • Help in bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in daily cash closing and cash count with the front office.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and audit documentation.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate files, ledgers, and records.
  • Assist the senior accountant or finance manager in daily tasks.
  • Handle email communication related to accounts and billing.

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • Fresher to 1-year experience in accounting or internship experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems (training will be provided).
  • Good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
