Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Administration: o Manage Windows Server environments, including setup, maintenance, and security. o Administer Hyper-V and Hyper V Replica.
  • Network and Security Management: o Configure and manage Firewalls, Antivirus and DLP systems (preferably Sophos) to maintain network security.
  • Oversee and manage network switches and ensure efficient connectivity.
  • Track remediation and closure of vulnerabilities from Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents working with the SOC service provider.
  • Manage user access, role-based controls, and identity management.
  • Support IT audits by maintaining accurate security logs, documentation, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SEBI CSCRF, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in DR drills and prepare DR drill reports.
  • Active Directory and Policy Management: o Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to support organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to systems and printers, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Vendor and Inventory Coordination: o Collaborate effectively with IT vendors to support system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring equipment and software are properly accounted for.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure robust technical controls are in place to safeguard the IT environment. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering and desktop support roles.
  • Proven experience working with Sophos XG or similar firewall solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise antivirus and endpoint protection systems.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices, patch management, and system hardening.
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and application software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • : Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):  Certifications such as CCNA, Sophos Certified Engineer, MCSA/MCSE, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  •  Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55, ₹60,000.00 per month
