Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead client acquisition and business development for Lidar scanning and as-built modeling services.
  • Manage revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement of program and sales goals.
  • Oversee project coordination, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Consumer, Automotive, and Aerospace.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and detailed discussions with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure optimal project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies related to scanning, survey, registration, and modeling
Major clients are OEMs like TCS, BOSCH, WIPRO, INFOSYS, Public sector OIL AND GAS, JSW, and Reliance all domestic

Target Clients / Industries - Oil and Gas, Steel, Engineering services, and overseas customers leverage existing connections in the UAE, Middle East, and USA to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 -15 years of experience in design engineering services, with a strong focus on client acquisition and project coordination.
  • Knowledge of Lidar scanning, survey, registration, modeling, and related tools used for project execution.
  • A good understanding of SP3D, PDMS, and other engineering software is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with major oil and gas companies and organizations like HPCL, IOCL, TCE, Worley, Technip, etc.
  • An established network of contacts in the UAE, Middle East, and USA is highly desirable
Compensation:
