We are seeking a 3D Application Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in the metrology field. You will be required to support customers with 3D measurement solutions, deliver technical demos and training and also to provide post-sales support. Also, you are required to work closely with sales team, you will also needed to ensure accurate implementation and high customer satisfaction in pre and post sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for 3D software and hardware (3D scanning and other metrology systems).
  • Conduct regular product demos, training sessions for both our employees and customers.
  • Assist in solution customization and integration as per customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D applications.
  • Collaborate with all regional sales team across India to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides and training materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies and software updates.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars and technical events as and when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving 3D scanning.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software such as PolyWorks or similar.
  • Familiarity with 3D scanners or metrology tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
