Responsibilities

  • BIM Modeler will be a full-time modeler knowledgeable either with: Architectural/Structural
  • MUST have experience in converting SCAN-TO BIM data into usable REVIT files, as per the existing CAD drawings. s
  • Ability to learn to model wood structures and extract basic quantities and develop structurally feasible models.
  • BIM modeler should be able to create model based on 2-D inputs. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of construction systems.
  • Should have good technical and communication skills to interact with clients from US/Europe and understand the project requirements.
  • Prepare BIM Model as per the project specs, during the initial stages of the project.
  • Should understand CDE platforms like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Responsibility will include:
  • Prepare 3D Revit coordinated models, Clash detection and clash resolution,
  • Create Parametric Revit Families,
  • Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models,
  • Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations,

Prepare quantities for use in BOQs from the 3D model.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per month
