  • Sales Engineer: 3–6 years
  • Sales Head: 10+ years (including 5+ years in leadership)

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Engineer

  • Drive Sales: Promote SPM and robotics solutions across diverse sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Identify prospects, engage clients, and pitch tailored automation solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Understand client needs and deliver customized technical proposals.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed quotations and solution documents.
  • Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships and provide post-sales support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project teams for seamless delivery.
  • CRM & Forecasting: Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Sales Head

  • Leadership: Inspire and manage the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Strategic Growth: Design and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Key Accounts: Cultivate relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and loyalty.
