Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Engineer
Drive Sales: Promote SPM and robotics solutions across diverse sectors.
Lead Generation: Identify prospects, engage clients, and pitch tailored automation solutions.
Technical Consultation: Understand client needs and deliver customized technical proposals.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed quotations and solution documents.
Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships and provide post-sales support.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project teams for seamless delivery.
CRM & Forecasting: Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Sales Head
Leadership: Inspire and manage the sales team to exceed targets.
Strategic Growth: Design and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Accounts: Cultivate relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and loyalty.
