Job Summary

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be the frontline representative of our technical expertise, responsible for generating leads from the ground up and converting them into successful project wins. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, sales prowess, and relationship-building skills to target MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractors and builders. Based in Gurugram, you will operate in a fast-paced environment, traveling extensively across Delhi NCR and North India to meet clients, conduct site visits, and close deals that align with our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business leads through market research, networking events, cold calling, site visits, and industry referrals. Focus on MEP contractors, builders, and developers in Delhi NCR and North India.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct technical consultations, site assessments, and presentations to showcase our services, including piping solutions, pumping systems, waterproofing techniques, epoxy flooring applications, and customized engineering designs.
  • Sales Conversion: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to qualify leads, negotiate contracts, and secure projects. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the construction sector to inform strategic sales approaches.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure seamless handovers from sales to execution, providing technical support during proposal development.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in our CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Travel & Field Work: Expect 60-70% travel within Delhi NCR and North India, including on-site demonstrations and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹39,476.34 per month
