Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying client needs, creating technical proposals, and supporting product demonstrations to help convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior pre-sales team members in understanding customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver basic product presentations and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to build solution proposals.
- Support the creation of technical documentation, RFPs, and tender responses.
- Conduct preliminary market and client research to support sales pitches.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and competitor activities.
- Attend client meetings (in person or virtually) with the sales team.
- Provide after-meeting follow-ups and record client interactions in the CRM.
- Making Quotations as per requirement.
- Co-ordination with Internal Sales Teams.
- Resolve client issue on mail / call related record keeping box and documents
- Daily basis keeping track and records clients' issue and capture comments.
- Follow up on escalation mail.
- Preparing documents for Presales and the product or project
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or technical support role (internships included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of [insert relevant industry, e.g., software solutions, IT services, etc.].
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
