**Introduction**
**Role Overview**
As a Pre-Sales Executive, your role will involve researching client needs, preparing impactful presentations, demonstrating solutions, and supporting senior teams in converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in solution design, and confidence in client-facing interactions.
This role is also ideal for creative professionals (UI & UX Designers) looking to expand their horizons into business development and client engagement, offering a unique opportunity to blend visual storytelling with strategic thinking and enhance industry-relevant skills across both design and client relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, and client organizations to support business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create compelling proposals and solution presentations.
- Understand client requirements and map them to relevant services and solutions.
- Prepare tailored demos, pitch decks, and documentation that highlight business value and technical feasibility.
- Support senior leadership during client meetings, pitches, and workshops.
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses, case studies, and solution documentation.
- Ensure seamless client communication and maintain strong relationships during the evaluation and decision-making phase.
- Track and report pre-sales activities, client feedback, and opportunity progress on CRM(Monday).
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
- Proficiency in creating structured presentations, proposals, and research reports.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, digital marketing, and business technology solutions (advantage).
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
**Growth & Opportunities**
