Job Title

Sr Associate, Customer Service Administration
  • Manage UAE based client's merchants incoming calls & client communication through email
  • Need to be flexible for 24/7 support to merchants and also support on festive days
  • Would be taking incoming calls & reverting on email received from clients from job location. Supporting for back-office activity whenever required.
