Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers to drive business growth within the designated market.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure the team achieves and exceeds set sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the residential practice, implementing strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall financial health of the business.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration to meet overall organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities that arise within the residential services domain.
- Oversee and enhance relationships with developers to secure strategic partnerships, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality residential projects.
- Collaborate with the development team to align sales strategies with upcoming projects and market demand.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving and surpassing targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on residential services.
- Previous experience in P&L management and stakeholder engagement.
- Possessing a robust professional background characterized by 12 years of experience.
