Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end B2B field sales and operations
- Drive new account onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the business.
- Handle account management for existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and monitor key metrics.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 28 years in B2B business operations, preferably in sales & account management
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
- Ability to work independently and in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
