Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
