Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support Management in coordinating office operations, handling enquiries, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The role requires strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Enquiry Management

  • Manage the complete process from enquiry to quotation and follow-ups.
  • Conduct lost order analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze ORECS data for trends and cross-selling opportunities.

Management Support & Scheduling

  • Plan and organize management's schedule for effective time utilization.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, agendas, and minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and MIS.
  • Handle official emails and communications on behalf of management.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports using Tally (training provided).

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders as per management instructions.
  • Consolidate sales reports and prepare MIS for review.

Executive Coordination & Administration

  • Handle cash dealings and payment collections on behalf of management.
  • Attend and coordinate MHE/W.B. meetings, ensuring smooth implementation of points discussed.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure tasks are completed within given timelines.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze enquiries, quotations, and lost orders to identify business trends.
  • Track marketing and cross-selling initiatives to measure ROI.
  • Provide data-driven insights for management decisions.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
  • 2–51 years of relevant experience in office coordination, sales support, or executive assistance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Tally (preferred but training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)Employment Type: Full-time
