Job Summary: We are looking for a professional with an MBA in IT and 3–4 years of experience in client communication. The candidate should be fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. This role will focus on gathering client requirements, ensuring accurate understanding, and coordinating with the internal team for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients to understand detailed requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure proper understanding and execution of requirements.
• Document client requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for the technical team.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring smooth and transparent communication.
• Assist project managers in ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• MBA with IT specialization (mandatory).
• 3–4 years of proven experience in client communication or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of IT/software development processes and terminology.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
