Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines based on business goals.
  • Prepare event proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee end-to-end event operations — from venue selection, vendor management, and logistics to on-site supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) and external vendors for seamless execution.
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers, caterers, decorators, and technical service providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sponsors.
  • Support marketing campaigns for events through social media, email, and offline channels.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • upervise event staff, volunteers, and support teams during setup, execution, and closure.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹60,000.00 per month
