Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and execute various on-ground and online event operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution and delivering an excellent experience to attendees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of event execution (venue setup, materials, check-in systems, manpower, etc.)

· Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met

· Handle on-site event operations including registration desk management, QR Check-in setup, and attendee assistance

· Support digital registration, hardware setup (printer, scanner, etc.), and other tech aspects

· Ensure timely dispatch and inventory of marketing materials for each event

· Collect data, feedback, and reports post-event for analysis and improvement

· Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align event goals

· Maintain budgets and track expenses for each event

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field

· –2 years of experience in event management or operations (fresher with relevant internship can also apply)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event needs

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic tech handling

· Ability to stay calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with event tools or CRM systems is a plus

· Basic knowledge of hardware setup (printers, QR scanners) is an advantage
