Job Title: Event Hostess – Christmas Carnival
Location: Vision PR, Ahmedabad Office / Event Venue
Employment Type: Temporary (2 Months)
About the Role
Vision PR is looking for professional and friendly Event Hostesses to assist in stall management, client communication, and overall event operations for the Christmas Carnival 2025. The role requires proactive communication with stallholders before and during the event to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with stallholders regarding bookings, payments, and stall allocations.
- Coordinate with exhibitors to ensure all stall facilities, logistics, and requirements are properly arranged.
- Act as the first point of contact for exhibitors and visitors during the event.
- Support on-ground event management, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event duration.
- Assist in registration, visitor guidance, and resolving on-site queries.
- Maintain professionalism, hospitality, and courteous communication at all times.
- Collaborate with the event management team to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple exhibitor needs simultaneously.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or exhibition management is an advantage.
- Flexible to work long hours during event setup and execution.
